{"id":1435,"date":"2026-03-01T08:44:13","date_gmt":"2026-03-01T07:44:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.rachida-dati.eu\/actualites\/les-departements-francais-retablissent-la-limite-de-90-km-h-sur-les-routes-secondaires\/"},"modified":"2026-03-01T08:44:13","modified_gmt":"2026-03-01T07:44:13","slug":"les-departements-francais-retablissent-la-limite-de-90-km-h-sur-les-routes-secondaires","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.rachida-dati.eu\/actualites\/les-departements-francais-retablissent-la-limite-de-90-km-h-sur-les-routes-secondaires\/","title":{"rendered":"Les d\u00e9partements fran\u00e7ais r\u00e9tablissent la limite de 90 km\/h sur les routes secondaires"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"main\">\n<div data-element-guid=\"7f7332a5-aca0-4fee-9990-ec700b171346\" class=\"articleHeader column hasCaption\">\n<h2 class=\"subtitle \" style=\"\">L&rsquo;Eure est le dernier \u00e0 r\u00e9tablir la limite de 90 km\/h sur certaines routes<\/h2>\n<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div data-element-guid=\"8a6b2949-08ea-44eb-ed6c-9386e3fe7190\" class=\"bodytext large-12 small-12 medium-12\">\n<p><!-- placeholder(#1) --><\/p>\n<p>Au total, 52 d\u00e9partements fran\u00e7ais sont pass\u00e9s \u00e0 ramener la limitation nationale sur les routes secondaires, de 80 km\/h \u00e0 90 km\/h, instaur\u00e9e en 2018, l\u2019Eure \u00e9tant le dernier \u00e0 r\u00e9tablir l\u2019ancienne limite de 90 km\/h.<\/p>\n<p>Le d\u00e9partement de l&rsquo;Eure, en Normandie, devait devenir le 52e \u00e0 rejoindre cette tendance le 9 f\u00e9vrier 2026, \u00e0 la suite d&rsquo;un vote du conseil invoquant l&rsquo;absence de b\u00e9n\u00e9fices clairs en mati\u00e8re de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 li\u00e9s \u00e0 la limite plus basse.<\/p>\n<p>Une <span data-lab-font_weight=\"font-weight-bold\" class=\"font-weight-bold m-font-weight-bold\">loi adopt\u00e9e en d\u00e9cembre 2019 permet aux autorit\u00e9s d\u00e9partementales de ramener les limitations de vitesse \u00e0 90 km\/h<\/span> sur les itin\u00e9raires qui satisfont \u00e0 des crit\u00e8res de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 d\u00e9finis et apr\u00e8s des \u00e9tudes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 locales.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Cette souplesse a produit un patchwork de limites \u00e0 travers la France, 80 km\/h demeurant la r\u00e8gle par d\u00e9faut l\u00e0 o\u00f9 aucun changement n&rsquo;a \u00e9t\u00e9 apport\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h3>D\u00e9partements ayant r\u00e9tabli les limites de vitesse \u00e0 90 km\/h<\/h3>\n<p>Les d\u00e9partements suivants ont ramen\u00e9 tout ou partie de leur r\u00e9seau secondaire de 80 km\/h \u00e0 90 km\/h.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Note : Bien que 52 d\u00e9partements aient officiellement opt\u00e9 pour autoriser le retour \u00e0 90 km\/h depuis 2019, seuls 43 ont mis en \u0153uvre des changements balis\u00e9s sur leurs r\u00e9seaux routiers \u00e0 ce jour.
